A brand that could scale without losing its voice. That's the hardest thing to build.

KP came to me at a moment of growth. The brand had a voice and a following: what it needed was a visual system that could keep up. Art direction that was adaptable enough to flex across formats and campaigns, but distinctive enough that you always knew it was KP.

I built a creative system anchored in the brand's personality. Static layouts, animated assets, social content. Everything designed to work as a whole, not just as individual pieces. The motion work brought the brand to life in a way static design couldn't on its own.

Scale didn't dilute it. The system held.
